Updated for the year 2023/2024

Information for ED students (4th year)

Practical classes within the subject of Pediatric Otolaryngology are conducted in the Department.

Classes may be switched to on-line considering the epidemiological situation and the Dean's decisions.

Students come in on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:15 to the Department of Pediatric Otolaryngology, DSK (Żwirki i Wigury 63a). It's located on the 4th floor, wing G and H - the seminar room is in 4H. Please first change in the cloakroom on level -1.

Students are required to change into either scrubs or a white coat. Please also change shoes.

The classes last from 8:15 to 10:30 (2h15m = 3 "class hours").

All seminars are conducted in the form of e-learning course. It's completion is mandatory just as seminar attendance would be mandatory. Within the course there are "additional materials" at the end - these are not necessary for course completion.  The course is located on the MUW e-learning platform: https://e-learning.wum.edu.pl/en/login/index.php

Please complete the obligatory part of the e-learning course before the faculty meeting before your exam! Lack of completion of the e-learning course at this time will result in you not being on the list for the exam!

Students who do not have access to the e-learning platform or Microsoft account should contact the University's IT department.

The final exam will be taking place at the end of the semester and contains questions from Otolaryngology and Pediatric Otolaryngology.

"Pedaitric Otolaryngology" is a separate subject from "Otolaryngology", in a separate department. It is absolutely essential that you always make arrangements for both subject, in both department offices. (I.e. changing your group from 1 to 2 for Otolaryngology classes does not mean that you will automatically appear on the list of group 2 in Pedaitric Otolaryngology).
